Postpartum Support

Prenatal care includes supportive and educational visits that help you feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. Together, we explore comfort measures, labor preparation techniques such as hypnobirthing, potential labor scenarios, and your individual birth preferences to create a personalized birth plan centered around what matters most to you. These visits can include your partner, family members, or other chosen support people, ensuring your birth team feels connected, prepared, and equipped to support you every step of the way.

Education, Support, and Advocacy

One postpartum follow-up visit is included with all labor and delivery support to provide emotional support, reflect on your birth experience, and help you navigate the transition into parenthood. Postpartum care may also include a customized resource guide, education on newborn safety, infant CPR, first aid, and choking prevention, along with a postpartum care kit designed to support lactation, healing, recovery, and your overall well-being during this important stage of rest and adjustment.

As your advocate, I help you navigate complex medical systems, amplify your voice, and ensure your needs, boundaries, and choices are respected.
