Doula services may be covered through your insurance, HSA/FSA, or Carrot Fertility benefits. Check your benefits to see if you qualify for coverage or reimbursement. Flexible and sliding-scale options are also available.
Prenatal Care: $200/visit
Prenatal care includes supportive and educational visits designed to prepare your body, mind, and support team for birth. Together, we explore comfort measures, movement, positioning, breathing, relaxation, hypnobirthing, and other labor preparation techniques, while discussing potential labor scenarios so you feel informed and confident navigating the unexpected.
We’ll also take time to understand your individual birth preferences and priorities, creating a personalized birth plan centered around what matters most to you. Your partner, family members, or other chosen support people are welcome to join, helping your entire birth team feel connected, prepared, and equipped to support you every step of the way.
Labor and delivery support: $2000
Providing continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor and birth, so you never feel alone. I offer hands-on comfort and personalized support using a variety of tools and techniques to help you stay comfortable, grounded, and supported through each stage of labor. From positioning and movement to breathing, counter-pressure, massage, and other comfort measures, I’ll work with you to find what feels best in the moment.
I also work alongside your birth and medical team, helping facilitate communication and ensuring your preferences and choices remain at the center of your care. My role is to support you, protect your space, and help you feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout your birth experience.
All Labor and Delivery packages include 3 prenatal visits, 1 postpartum follow-up visit, and continuous call and text support throughout your pregnancy. Your prenatal visits provide dedicated time to prepare your body and mind for birth, explore comfort measures and labor techniques, discuss your preferences, and prepare your support team. After birth, your postpartum follow-up offers a dedicated opportunity to check in, reflect on your experience, and receive continued support as you transition into this new chapter.
Postpartum care is designed to support you as you rest, recover, nourish your body, and adjust to life with your new baby. This personalized support focuses on your physical recovery, emotional well-being, confidence as a new parent, and the transition into your new routine.
Your care may include a customized postpartum resource guide with trusted information and local resources tailored to your needs, as well as education on newborn safety, infant CPR, first aid, choking prevention, safe sleep, and other essential newborn-care topics. We’ll focus on practical knowledge and skills that can help you feel more prepared and confident caring for your baby.
You’ll also receive a postpartum care and nutrition kit thoughtfully designed to support lactation, postpartum healing, nourishment, hydration, recovery, and overall well-being during the early postpartum period. We’ll discuss ways to support your body through rest, nutrition, and self-care while honoring that every postpartum experience is unique.
Postpartum Support: $150-$250/visit + Postpartum Kit
Expanding Access to Doula Care Through Flourish Care
I am proud to be contracted with Flourish Care, a network that helps make doula support more accessible for expecting and new families. Flourish Care connects families with trusted doulas through insurance-covered benefits, including Medicaid and many commercial health plans, helping reduce financial barriers to receiving continuous birth and postpartum support.
Through Flourish Care, families can access personalized doula care during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum months, including support with birth preparation, advocacy, comfort measures, newborn adjustment, feeding, and connecting with community resources.
This partnership allows me to be part of a larger network of doulas and resources while continuing to provide individualized, compassionate care to my clients. Flourish Care also streamlines the process by supporting insurance coordination, patient matching, and administrative services, allowing doulas to focus on what matters most: supporting families through their birth journey.
